Conflict Resolution: We will make every effort to ship goods that will meet your expectations, but in the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact us as quickly as possible. We will do everything reasonably possible to remedy the situation, within the scope of our return policy. Limited Lifetime Warranty
Our products are built to last and we stand behind them. KONO Products offers a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects: i.e. missing parts, torn leather and broken metal.. Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this warranty. Accidents, wear & tear and excessive use are not warranted. For example: scratches, fading, basic longevity and behavior of materials, lost parts, ripped leather, chipped metal, chipped coating, etc. At our discretion, we will require that the item be sent back for us to review to justify warranty coverage. If a repair is required, customer will be responsible for inbound and outbound shipping cost.

Return Policy
KONO Products will accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Basic proof of purchase must be presented upon return. Original receipts, email addresses and products are required to complete returns. Within 7 business days of receipt of the item(s), we will refund the purchase price, minus the outbound shipping charges. Returned items must have all original parts and be sent back in brand new condition with all accessories, packaging, etc. 3rd party purchases must adhere to 3rd party policies. To obtain return instructions, please send us an email before returning the merchandise. In returning purchases that include free products, everything must be returned including the free gift that was earned with the purchase. We will not issue the refund unless the free item is returned.

Shipping
An order will get packed and shipped within next two workdays after the item(s) and shipping cost is received.
Delivery price and time needed depends on customer's choice of transportation service and destination address.
For international shipments, a customs fee may be applicable and collected by your local customs agency since we ship from the Czech Republic. Please refer to your local country's guideline.
